Outlook - Reserving a Room

How to reserve a room in Outlook

1. Create a new calendar event on your calendar for the date and time you would like to reserve

2. Click in the area that says Search for a room or location, then click Browse with Room Finder

Step1

3. Type the name of the building then select that building

Step2

4. Choose the room you would like to reserve that is available at the desired time of your meeting

Step3

5. Fill in the remaining details needed for your event

6. Click Send
