Duo - Device Management Portal (DMP)

The Device Management Portal (DMP) is used for DUO device self service. DMP is intended for if you have lost, replaced, or reinstalled your phone or if you wish to add an additional supported device.

Access the Device Management Portal to Manage Device Options

  1. Go to https://netid.uwosh.edu/duo/

    Note: Detailed enrollment instructions can be found on the Duo MFA Enrollment KB by clicking on the link Duo MFA enrollment.

  2. Enter your NetID and Password

    SignIn

  3. Click Sign In.
  4. Select the authentication method you prefer:

    • Enter a Passcode (if you would like a code sent to your FOB)

      OR

    • Send Me a Push (if you would like a code sent to your mobile device)

      AuthenticationMethod



  5. Follow the instructions below for the chosen option:

  • Enter a passcode

    1. Enter the passcode sent to your FOB / Token

  • Send Me a Push

    1. Check your mobile device app and click Approve

Step 4: Manage My Settings and Devices

Now you can add, remove, or reactivate your devices. Click on the Device Options to reactivate or change device name.

NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT DELETE YOUR TOKEN BECAUSE YOU WONT BE ABLE TO RE-ADD IT.
Contact The HelpDesk if you have any issue as regards with the FOB(Token).

      Step 5: Set preferred method of authentication

      On "When I log in", select the "Automatically send this device a Duo Push". Click the "Save" button to save your preferred method of authentication. When no further changes are needed, you may close the browser tab.
