AV Equipment - Rental Costs
IT will recover costs for AV support provided to departments or outside organizations for events outside of academics.
The following table provides a cost breakdown of one piece of equipment per day. Any cabling is included in the costs. Staffing charges are based on setup, event, and take down time.

For example:
A department is hosting an hour-long panel of recent graduates for undergraduate students in a campus space without installed sound. Staff time includes equipment setup, running the equipment during the event, and tear down of the equipment after the event. The following equipment and staffing would be needed:
