UWO IT support varies based on affiliation with the campus. Some common affiliate types are listed below.

Resident Student Equipment

  • Connectivity to campus ethernet in residence halls and wireless (does not include wireless printers or routers which are not allowed in residence halls)
  • Installation of UWO Pharos Print Packages
  • Installation of Office 365 applications
  • Installation of Microsoft Authenticator onto personal phone

Commuter Student Equipment

  • Connectivity to campus wireless

University Employee Personal Equipment Being Utilized for Employment

  • Connectivity to campus wireless
  • Connectivity to campus VPN

  • Installation of Duo MFA onto personal phone
  • Installation of Adobe applications (not including student employees)

Campus Guests

  • Connectivity to campus guest wireless
