Azure Authentication - Common Websites and Applications

Guide for which sites use Azure Authentication

Note: Starting November 1, 2022, we will be changing the logout period for all staff and student employee accounts on sites which use Azure Authentication to 12 hours. Desktop and mobile applications which use this login method will require reauthentication every 14 days. 

Sites and Software Which Use Azure Authentication

  • URL begins with login.microsoftonline.com 
  • Microsoft 365 Products
    • Outlook
    • OneDrive
    • Sharepoint
    • Teams
    • etc.
  • IT Service Portal (Jira)
  • Most other sites with a login screen centered on the window and the university wordmark at the top
