Using Number Matching with Microsoft Authenticator

Users of microsoft authenticator are required to utilize number matching when signing into Microsoft 365 products

  1. Sign into the application you would like to gain access to (e.g. Outlook)
  2. When the Authenticator push notification is sent, a number will be presented on the screen with which you are trying to log in
  3. Type the numbers into the prompt on the Authenticator app to complete sign in.
