Head Start Printer Installation - FAQ
Questions and Answer for some issues installing the Head Start printers.
I got up to step number 4 and I do not have a “Search for Devices” button
It might be that you are not logged into Azure Intune. Click on the “Sign In” button and proceed to the next step.
I do not see “Work or School printer & scanner” what, so I do?
Please restart your computer and try again. If the problem, persists, it might be that your computer is not compatible with Cloud Print.
How do I know if my computer is not compatible?
If you log in as a shared account local to the computer, it is not compatible.
This is my everyday laptop and I do not use my NetID to login and I have had this laptop for about 5 years. Can I still get Cloud Print?
Your computer might be too old. Please contact your department to help you find a newer computer.
The printer was already installed but is unavailable or error status. I cannot print.
Look for the sign in button.
Open the Settings from the start menu.
Search “Printers & Scanner.”
Select Sign In
My Cloud Printers are installed but no options for color or 2-sided print
Some printers do not have these options. If your printer does have these options, contact IT Support.
