Card Access
This document can aid users in finding information related to their card access questions. Issues such as faulty cards, improper access, request of schedule changes and setup of card access are addressed.
My ID is not giving me the access it should
- Remove your ID from any wallet, holder or container.
- Present your ID card to the reader of the area you are trying to gain access to.
- If the reader does nothing, your card is faulty. Please visit Titan Central in Reeve Union to get a new one.
- If the reader flashes red and green in rapid succession, this may indicate either a card issue or a system programming issue.
- Please visit Titan Central in Reeve Union to ensure your card is working properly. If they assure your card is in working condition put in a Door Access ticket through the IT Service Portal.
I would like to request access to an area I currently do not have access to

I would like to have card access installed in my department
If you are from a department that is interested in having card access installed in your area, put in a Door Access ticket through the IT Service Portal. Make sure to identify which building and office you would like to have access added to.
