General FAQ on Titan Web accounts

Who uses it?

  • Students
    • Signing up for classes
    • Paying for tuition
    • Viewing grades/STAR report/transcripts
  • Instructors
    • Putting in final grades
    • Viewing class rosters

When do I get access to my account?

  • Students
    • After applying to UW Oshkosh
      • Students should receive an email stating that the account has been created
      • Students can also check with the admission office by calling them at 920-424-3164 or by email at
  • Faculty and Staff
      After all paperwork has been submitted by human resources

I'm not sure if my account has been created yet. Who should I contact?

  • Students
    • Please contact the admissions office by calling them at 920-424-3164 or by email at
    • If you attended UW Oshkosh before TitanWeb was implemented, please call the help desk at 920-424-3020 so that an account may be created for you
  • Faculty and Staff
    • Please contact the human resources department at 920-424-1166

I Forgot my password. How can I reset it?

  • To reset your Titan Web account password, please call the help desk at 920-424-3020

Titan Web Deactivations

  • Students
    • Titan Web accounts do not get deactivated like other accounts for students.
  • Faculty and Staff
    • Accounts will be deactivated once the employee leaves, retires, or is terminated
