Canvas - View Concluded Course Enrollments
You may have students who drop one of your sections and enroll in another. When they do that any grades from assignments or quizzes they took in the previous section disappear from your grade book. This shows you how to unhide them so you can move the grades to their current section.
When you have students who "Section Swap" Canvas hides their grades (Canvas calls this a concluded enrollment). To show these concluded enrollments do the following.
Select "Grades" from the course navigation- Mouse over the header titled "Student Name"
- Choose the Kabob icon that appears to the right of the "Student Name" title
- Select the "Show > Concluded enrollments" from the dropdown list
Any student who have dropped the session will now show with a tag "Concluded". You will need to manually move over their previous grades into their new section.
