This document outlines how to setup the Outlook app on your Android phone for use with the Office 365 system.

This document will help you setup Outlook on your Android phone.

Download Outlook on your Android phone

  1. Search for Outlook in the Play Store
  2. Install Microsoft Outlook from the Play Store
  3. Open Microsoft Outlook after you've installed it

  4. Touch Get Started

    Get Started

  5. Enter your email address and touch Continue

  6. Outlook may automatically assume you want to setup a Google Account
    Do not touch Allow
    Touch Not Google? at the bottom of the screen

  7. Select Office 365

    Office 365

  8. Enter the password for your NetID

  9. Select Skip when Outlook asks Would you like to add another account now?

  10. You can Skip the intro screens

  11. Open the menu from the upper left

  12. Touch the Gear icon in the lower left below the Help icon

  13. In settings, we recommend you turn off the Focused Inbox
