Duo - Device Management Portal (DMP)
The Device Management Portal (DMP) is used for DUO device self service. DMP is intended for if you have lost, replaced, or reinstalled your phone or if you wish to add an additional supported device.
Access the Device Management Portal to Manage Device Options
- Go to https://netid.uwosh.edu/duo/

- Enter your NetID and Password
- Click Sign In.
- Select the authentication method you prefer:
Follow the instructions below for the chosen option:
Enter a passcode
- Enter the passcode sent to your FOB / Token
- Send Me a Push
- Check your mobile device app and click Approve
Step 5: Set preferred method of authentication
On "When I log in", select the "Automatically send this device a Duo Push". Click the "Save" button to save your preferred method of authentication. When no further changes are needed, you may close the browser tab.
