Instructions for checking voicemail from off campus, from any campus phone, or Jabber

Check Voicemail from Off-Campus, Any Campus Phone, or Jabber

  1. Dial 920-424-2200 (or just 2200 if using a campus phone or Jabber)
  2. When you hear the voice press the * key
  3. When prompted to enter your ID:
    • for 424 prefix numbers - dial the four digit office extension (xxxx) and press #
    • for 832 or 929 prefix numbers - dial 1920832xxxx or 1920929xxxx and press #
  4. When prompted dial the voicemail PIN (password) and press #
  5. If there are any voicemails, it will start reading the first voicemail
